Role Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion, leading our sales team to introduce energy-efficient solutions to homeowners, making a tangible difference in their lives. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our ambitious sales team on a self-employed, commission-only basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a sales team within your territory.
  • Train your team to master sales techniques and meet their targets.
  • Inspire and lead your team to exceed sales goals and expectations.
  • Strategise and implement effective sales initiatives to dominate your territory.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales and team management.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven approach.
  • Self-starters capable of thriving in a self-employed, commission-based environment.
  • Prior experience in the conservatory or home improvement sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

We Offer:

  • Earn £500 in commission for each sale you personally secure. With an average order value (AOV) of £10,000 and a high conversion rate, your earning potential is substantial.
  • Lead a sales team of 6-10 representatives and enjoy a 1% override on all their sales. Your leadership skills will directly contribute to your and the team’s financial success.
  • Ambitious and driven individuals have the potential to earn between £90,000 and £150,000 per annum. Your hard work and dedication decide your earnings in this role.
