Role Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the South East England territory. This position is perfectly suited for someone based in the Home Counties, to the north of London. The role involves directly reporting to the Sales Director and managing approximately 15 self-employed Sales Designers. Responsibilities include achieving a personal sales target, leading the team towards exceeding performance indicators, and managing various aspects of team support and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a personal sales target of £250,000 while leading the Regional Direct Sales Team to excel in their performance.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Support Sales Designers in making and closing sales, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Lead bi-monthly regional sales meetings to foster team cohesion and drive performance.
  • Participate in national sales meetings and Executive Management Meetings, aligning with the company’s broader strategic goals.
  • Oversee lead allocation, reporting, recruitment, and induction processes for new team members.
  • Engage in Furniture Research and Development and enhance the company’s SketchUp capabilities.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and quarterly reviews with Sales Designers to support their professional development.
