Role Summary
This is a fast-paced Sales role with a primary objective to grow SaaS revenues for a limited number of our clients software solutions to a defined account base of customers and prospects. By identifying white space within your accounts, you will identify key decision makers for the specific products, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and grow revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators set by the business, rapidly increasing the penetration of Tes software solutions.
- Make a high number of daily calls to build your pipeline, advance, and close sales.
- Accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting.
- Maintain the CRM at all times.
- Maintain an expert level of market and product knowledge, including competitor offerings and product positioning.
- Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through the sales funnel, applying consistent sales processes and methodologies.
- Conduct product demonstrations to a high standard as part of the sales process.
- Work at pace to create relationships with senior stakeholders/decision makers at large school and MAT levels, identifying new revenue opportunities and winning sales.

- Ability to close in a sales environment – asking for and gaining commitment to the next step.
- Aptitude and confidence to deal with different types of stakeholders and varying degrees of seniority.
- Ability to learn multiple products and demonstrate and position product benefits to prospective customers.
- Detail-oriented – planning and using time effectively, maintaining CRM records, and providing accurate lead forecasts.
