Safestyle faced a challenging recruitment need: finding a Branch Manager capable of leading a diverse team of self-employed sales agents, employed managers, and tele-canvassing staff. This role required someone with a deep understanding of self-employed direct sales, strong leadership skills to manage and motivate high-earning sales agents, and the ability to effectively manage PAYE team members.
