Role Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our continued growth by generating new business and expanding our client base within the non-profit, charity, education, and government sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that make a real difference in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ challenges.
- Present tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of SystemSeed’s services.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and respond to tender opportunities.
- Manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the technology or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and its challenges.
- Experience with learning management and hosting solutions.
- Familiarity with UX, Human Centred Design, and Drupal is highly desirable.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
