Role Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with essential mobility solutions that significantly enhance their daily living. Working autonomously, you will visit clients’ homes to assess their specific needs, whether it be for stairlifts or bathing equipment. This involves conducting thorough surveys, addressing any client questions, and providing tailored quotes. Your expertise will guide customers through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless transition to enhanced home mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled appointments, providing professional and timely consultations.
  • Conduct detailed surveys of clients’ staircases or bathrooms to determine the best solutions.- Take into account the individual staircase dimensions, come up with a solution and present the appropriate product professionally.
  • Prepare and present quotes, handle client inquiries, and manage all sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and adherence to company standards in all interactions.- Be available to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday and work every other Saturday.

What We Offer:

  • The potential to earn between £50k and £70k per annum, uncapped, based on your dedication and sales success. – This could be substantially increased if you are willing to travel outside your area.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in B2C sales, ideally within the mobility or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of empathetic and effective client interactions.
  • Proficient in using iPad-based software for surveys and sales processing.- Have organisational and administrative skills in such tasks as filing, e-mailing, diary-keeping.- Be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate.
  • Have a “can do” attitude ensuring that you are enthusiastic and flexible in your role.
  • Organised and self-managed, with a reliable vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
  • Must be a UK citizen and able to submit a DBS check.
